Our Goal...

Since Adagio opened its doors back in 1990, it has been our goal to help you feel your best. We understand that everyone’s needs at a spa are as different as they are. That’s why our services are as individual as our clients themselves. Whether you’re here for a serious skin fix, relief from sore muscles, a celebration of friendship, a couples massage or simply to have an hour or two of ‘me time’ to decompress, our extremely talented massage therapists and aestheticians are here to give you what you’re looking for.

A Little Music Row History

Originally built in 1975 by Faron Young, one of the founding fathers of the Grand Ole Opry, the 1300 Building served as a 'safe place' for songwriters and musicians including Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson. In the winter of 2020, the building was totally renovated, and although everything is new, from the walls to the ceilings and floors, we still feel the importance of paying homage to those who truly called music 'home'. As you step into Adagio, you will experience the modern, peaceful ambience.
