DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This massage focuses on the deeper layers of the muscles without going past the point of resistance by using stronger pressure to release chronic patterns of tension and break patterns of tension and break cycles of pain and muscle spasm. Your therapist will incorporate neuromuscular, myofascial and trigger point therapy as needed to relieve your aching body. Not for the 'faint of heart'.

EXTREME SPORTS MASSAGE

If lifting weights, rock climbing or running a marathon has left you sore, your therapist will target your hurting heels to your tormented triceps by combining deep tissue massage with manual stretching, and application of a cooling, inflammation reducing cream.

MAN IN THE MIRROR

All the basics and then some, this invigorating facial treatment focuses on what a man's skin needs...deep cleansing and exfoliation. A relaxing massage with essential oil infused hot towels will make you feel like a new man. Go ahead. Make that change.

It's not easy to deal with problem skin on your back. We can make it easier with a treatment that targets your hard to reach back breakouts with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, an oil absorbing mask and of course, a relaxing massage for you face, neck and shoulders.
