COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

 

First things first! We take safely very seriously. The health and well-being of our team and our guests are our top priority, and we will continue to follow all recommended safety protocols of the CDC and then some.

We are proud participants of Good to Go Nashville, a hospitality safety program created by the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp in cooperation with Vanderbilt Health and Ryman Hospitality, to help businesses confidently welcome residents and visitors as our city re-opens.

Our relaxation rooms are open, and we ask that you please fill out all requested digital forms before your arrival.

Upon arrival, please give us a call once you’ve parked to prevent too many people from crowding in the lobby at once.

Please stay home and call us to reschedule if any of the following apply to you: cough, chills, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell or any other symptoms that might be a sign of infection. The health and safety of our team
and our guests is paramount.

All team members are required to wear a facial covering while providing services.

Currently we will only be accepting credit/debit card payment for service and tips. No cash payments will be accepted at this time.

A full disinfection of each treatment room will be performed between each treatment using EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectants. Common areas will be disinfected each hour.

Each treatment room will be equipped with a HEPA filter
